うつ病歴3年くらい
そろそろ元気になってきたので、起業しました。
うつ病経験がある仲間たちと一緒に、うつの方にWEBで認知行動療法を提供するサービスを提供しています。

うつ病は人口が多いのに、周囲に伝えにくいという特性上、情報が集積しにくくなっています。そのためwiki形式のサービスをつくりました。

同じ理由で、うつから回復した人の声を聞く機会があまりありません。風などと違い長期に渡るため「治ったことがないから、自分が治るとは思えない」と悲観的に考えがちです。うまく回復した人のロールモデルが必要だと思い、ポプラ社でインタビューの連載もしています。

I worked in IT industry and got depression.
After 1.5 years of depressed unemployed life, set up a blog on depression.
In 2011, awarded as the best in business plan contest"Enturprenurs challenge2011" held by Skylight Consulting Inc.
Opened up a company with the winning award of $ 30,000.
After gathering partners, released U2plus in January 2012.
Now, there are 2000 users registered.
Also succeeded in getting new Funding.
Am still heavily depressed.

IT業界で働くうち、過労のためにうつ病となる。
