synesthete (character to color, fever to "big", blow to the back of the head to "dusty", light from a fluorescent lighting to "windy" or "cold")
I'm a Japanese graduate student.
My major is robotics and my research is about prosthetic hand. I'm interested in cyborg technology.
So I'm also interested in brain machine interface. Years ago, we developed a RC car which can be controlled by only thinking about it.

I love to craft something since I was little. So I got many prizes when I was in elementary school.
When I just entered Waseda university, there was a competition about research paper for freshmen. I made an artificial muscle and powered suit with the muscle. The paper was highly-acclaimed and I took 1st place of that competition.
I used to be a member of WASA, which is the largest club organization in the department of science and engineering in Waseda univ.
In 2008, WASA became the first Waseda's team which joined to ROBOCON (Asian famous robot league game). That was a big success, we took 2nd place in Japan even though that was the first time to join that competition. Plus, that year was Waseda's 125th birthday (125 is nice round number in Waseda) so our machines have been displayed in memorial space in campus.
